22 -- 7:00pm South Church, Portsmouth, NH, 292 State Street. The New England Bluegrass Band CD Release Concert. Call: (603) 225-7233 ($8 at door) Lovely venue, comfortable seating and fine, fine acoustics in a beeautiful venue! If you could only come to ONE NEBB show for the year, this is THE celebratory show to attend. We salute you!


JUNE

8 -- Cantab Lounge, Cambridge, MA

17 -- 8pm, The Black Cat in Laconia, NH. 11 Veteran’s Square in the old train depot. (Cool venue and wonderful staff and .....well, it’s BIKE WEEK! WooHoo!)

18 -- TBA, Binghamton, NY

19-20 Mayville Bluegrass Festival, Mayville, NY, Not often do you get to see and hear these guys: Herb Pederson, Al Perkins (think Manassas) Vassar Clements, Roland White and much much more!

24 (Thursday) -- Portsmouth, NH Dolphin Striker Restaurant. The New England Bluegrass Band with Roland White! The old Kentucky Colonel, Nashville Bluegrass Band member joins the NEBgB for an intimate evening of song and tunage in the coolest little smoke-free tavern in Portsmouth. 9pm.

26 -- 1pm, Wood Days Celebration at Canterbury Shaker Village in Canterbury, NH. If you like the feel and smell of hand drawn wood working craftsmen and the the sounds of acoustic music and bluegrass, DO NOT miss this event. Very Cool!


JULY

5 -- 6pm, Newfound Lake, Bristol, NH. Killer multi-band celebration on one of the designated "cleanest" lakes in the nation. Calendar photo pretty and warm wonderful people. With the finest country-blues bands around, our friends from "Roll & Tumble" along with 2 other fine, FINE acts. This is worth making this your 3d of July destination!

9 -- Private Wedding, Bedford, NH

10 -- Portsmouth, NH - Dolphin Striker Restaurant. NEBgB back in the great Spring Hill Tavern at the Striker! This may be the best bar in P'Town, bar none! 9pm. Smoke-Free!

15 -- Greyfox Bluegrass Festival Showcase. Will join Adam Dewey & Crazy Creek and other fine bands for what has grown to be one of the PREMIER large scale bluegrass events in the world. We’re happy to be a part of the fun!

18 -- Private Bluegrass & BBQ at Calef’s Country Store in Barrington, NH

24 -- 7pm, Meredith town bandstand, Meredith, NH Talk about pretty? New Hampshire's Lakes Region has another jewel in it's crown here! Beautiful scenery!

25 -- NEBgB plays the Courtyard at the Governor's Inn, 78 Wakefield St. in Rochester, NH.  Come check out the cool courtyard, enough room to frisbee, hackey-sack or swing around the great grassy lawn.  (Oh, the Mojito's and Food are reeeeaaaaalllllly great here!) http://www.governorsinn.com


AUGUST

21-22 -- Hickory Festival, Wellsboro, PA Great musical lineup for this progressive festival in the mountains to the river country, put on by our friends "The Hickory Project."

SEPTEMBER

2-3 -- Thomas Point Beach Bluegrass Festival, Is there a better bluegrass festival or family in the WORLD? It just doesn’t get any better, and you don’t even ever have to go to the stage to hear some of the best music of all kinds, anywhere! We’re proud to be a part of the TPB Family!

19 -- TBA, Calef’s Country Store’s 6th Annual Baked Bean Bake-off sharing the stage with some of the areas finest musical groups. This will be a ....BLAST! Yankee Humorist Rebecca Rule is a regular and our Blues-Roots pals "Roll & Tumble" will join us again!
